Your document is deleted the moment you remove it, or automatically if you don't. This page separates temporary document handling from account, order, payment, and browser data. No customer AI key is requested.

AI access
- Hosted translation
- No customer API key is requested. The service manages the AI provider and model.
You
- Accounts
- You can upload and request a quote without signing in. Hosted checkout asks for an email for the order; opening its email link adds the order to a passwordless account. An account keeps the email, order ownership, sign-in state, and order events — never documents, filenames, document text, do-not-translate terms, IP addresses, or raw sign-in tokens.
- Hosted translation
- The service manages the provider and model. You never supply a key or choose either.
- Analytics · cookies
- There are no analytics. If you sign in, an account keeps your email address and order records, never your documents, and this browser keeps sign-in cookies.
- Your order in this browser
- Same-browser storage keeps an opaque order id and capability. It is never put in URLs, referrers, telemetry or logs.
- Order and payment records
- Order and payment records are kept separately from document content. They may include email and order ownership plus opaque ids, timestamps, statuses, counts, and money metadata. They never include the PDF, filename, extracted or translated text, do-not-translate terms, API keys, or raw provider payloads.

What happens to my PDF afterwards?
Your document is deleted the moment you remove it, or automatically if you don't. Document content is separate from account, order, and payment records. Those records do not contain the PDF, its filename, extracted or translated text, or do-not-translate terms.
