Section 1: Who we are
FormIntact (formintact.com) is run by [operator's legal name] To confirm, a [business form, and registration number if any] To confirm, of [postal address] To confirm. In these terms, "we" and "us" means that business, and "you" means the person using FormIntact.
These terms apply when you get a price, pay for a translation or sign in. By paying for an order, you agree to them.
These terms are governed by the law of [country or state] To confirm, and disputes go to the courts of [place] To confirm. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Section 2: The service
FormIntact translates text-based PDFs into another language and keeps the page as it was: fillable fields, tables and checkboxes stay where they were. It is fully automated: AI software does the translating, start to finish. The Privacy page names the company whose AI it is.
Machine translation can contain mistakes. Read the translation before you rely on it. You're responsible for any form you fill in, sign or send.
What it can translate
- Text-based PDFs, up to 25 MB and 40 pages per order.
- A page with no text layer, such as a scanned page, can't be translated. It's flagged before you pay, and you remove it to get a price.
- If a page's translation would only fit by setting its text smaller than 75% of the original size, that page keeps its original wording and is marked, and the whole order is refunded.
The source code of FormIntact is published under the AGPL-3.0 licence. The link is at the foot of every page.
Section 3: Your account and email links
You don't need an account to get a price or to pay. When you pay, you give an email address for the order.
To sign in, you ask for a link by email. There's no password. A sign-in link works once, for 15 minutes. If it expires, ask for a new one.
Anyone who can read your email can use a link we send to it, so use an address only you can open and keep that account secure.
An account keeps your email address and your order records. Order and payment records are kept for [period] To confirm. The Privacy page lists everything we keep and for how long.
Section 4: Prices and payment
- Each document gets one fixed price, shown before you pay. The price is before tax. Tax is calculated at checkout.
- A price is held until the time shown with it. After that, ask for a new price.
- Retries never add to the price. Changing the language or the words to keep gets a new price.
- Translation starts only once your payment is confirmed.
- Each order is one payment for one document. There are no subscriptions.
Who takes your payment
You pay on our payment company's secure page, not on formintact.com. Lemon Squeezy, our payment company, is the merchant of record for FormIntact orders: it takes your payment, collects the tax and sends your receipt. Its own purchase terms apply to the payment.
Section 5: Refunds
A refund starts by itself: you don't need to ask. It covers the whole order, tax included, and goes back to the original payment method. The Refund policy explains each case and how to ask about an order.

Section 6: Your documents
You keep every right you have in your document and its translation. You confirm you're allowed to upload it, and you let us handle it only to price it, translate it and deliver it to you.
Your document sits in temporary working space while we work on it. It's deleted the moment you remove it, or automatically if you don't.
After payment, download your translated PDF before the time shown on your order. After that it's deleted automatically, and we can't send it again. The order record is kept. To delete it sooner, use Delete now on your order.
Nothing is sent for translation before your payment is confirmed. What happens to the text after that is on the Privacy page.
Section 7: Acceptable use
- Upload only documents you have the right to use and to have translated.
- Don't upload anything unlawful, or anything meant to harm the service or other people.
- Don't try to get around prices, limits or security, or overload the service.
- Don't order from a place our payment company can't sell to: [list, from the payment company's terms] To confirm.
Section 8: Availability
FormIntact can be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance or when something breaks. If we can't take new orders, you'll see it before you pay.
If something goes wrong after you've paid and a page you paid for can't be translated, the refund promise applies.
Section 9: Limits of liability Proposed
FormIntact gives you a working copy of your document. We're not responsible for decisions made using the translation, or for how an office, court or anyone else treats it.
As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law that can't be limited.
Section 10: Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last change. The terms that applied when you paid apply to that order. Proposed
